I initiated contact with Prestige Motors via the internet in search for a specific year and model Mercedes Benz. The dealership contacted me directly and subsequently I visited the dealership to test drive t in search for a specific year and model Mercedes Benz. Salesman Onofrio Altizio was responsive to my many questions regarding the history, condition and features of the car I was interested in. He repeatedly sought out others for answers that were outside of his expertise (but not many questions were). I found the experience in purchasing the car to be refreshing and without the usual bait and switch tactics employed by other dealerships. Mr. Altizio's patience is laudable. Although young he was by far the best salesman that I've dealt with in my nearly 4 decades of buying cars. In fact, the entire Prestige staff from Mike Belcastro to Steve I. service mgr. were responsive to my questions and made me feel as if I was the most important customer that week - despite only buying a 3-year old car. My hats are off to this dealership and I look forward to similarly pleasant experiences from their service department. I will gladly travel the 50 miles door to door to feel appreciated and. importantly. receive competent service and value for my money. I make this distinction because you may buy one car from a nameless/faceless dealership, but you don’t return and buy multiple cars from a dealership. You return and buy multiple cars from a great salesperson representing a great dealership. One does not work without the other, and Jimmy fits that description perfectly. He is a breath of fresh of air in a world where many sales people care little about their clients and more about themselves. Jimmy is an intelligent, dedicated, high integrity and honorable salesperson. I say that because his post sales process and behavior from my first purchase last year resulted in me returning this year and buying another car from him (a 2012 CLS63 AMG). I did so with pleasure because Jimmy nurtured our relationship throughout the year (in a post-sales process that is unmatched in my experience). So returning was simple and the buying decision and experience was easy and once again a pleasure. Jimmy is valued asset to your dealership and the reason I (without even so much as a thought) continue to recommend Prestige Mercedes Benz to my friends and colleagues. Also, on this transaction Jimmy introduced me to Michael Belcastro (Business Manager) who was also very professional and informative. The closing process was late in the day on a Saturday and Jimmy and Mike took the time to insure everything was handled like I was the first customer in their day even though I know I was there last. In fact they both stayed late (after the dealership closed) to finish my transaction with high quality and to my upmost satisfaction. The entire sales and closing process was smooth and I ended up buying a great car from Jimmy and quite a few extra products and services from Mike. They both were terrific, and because of them I now have a very comprehensive total offer of a great vehicle and supporting products/services from Mercedes Benz and Prestige Motors. The combination of Jimmy and Mike is quite powerful and together they represented the Mercedes Benz brand and the Prestige Motors Dealer network extremely well.
