I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and I was introduced to a sales representative very quickly. James was wonderful!!! There are always so many stereotypes with car salesman and the overall expereince. However, I did not expereince any of them. James was professional, approachable and the most important.....honest. We gave him a number and he did his best to get the price within that range. Once we "made a deal", James made the leasing process quick and painless.....and the best part was driving my new Mercedes home! I have already recommeneded James and Prestige Mercedes to numerous friends, one of which will be visiting soon! Overall fantastic, painless and pressureless experience! Thanks so very much! More

Oscar Morejon is pure class. Delivers on what he says and treats you with respect. While I was not in the market for one of the higher end cars that they offer I feel like I was treated with respect and and treats you with respect. I did send the email today Friday, March 9, 2012, at appx 10am, to replace the right parking lamp light bulb (burned out) and got no response via email. At 2:15pm, did call for the same service and customer 10am, to replace the right parking lamp light bulb (burned out) and got no response via email. At 2:15pm, did call for the same service and customer representative notified me that I need to make schedule for this service and the next appointment available on Saturday, March 10, 2012. In addition representative told me this service also will cost me the labor and parts. I then did call another MB dealer Benzel and Busch in Englewood, NJ. The Service representative told me I do not require any appointment for to replace only light bulb and I only have to pay for the light bulb and there will be no labor charges for this service. I think why I should go to Prestige for any kind of service while there are better dealers around. I am a repeat Prestige customer of Certified Pre-owned vehicles. Earlier last month I purchased a 2010 CPO S550 4matic. My sales person was John Ademaj. As I was an educated consumer, John did a fantas vehicles. Earlier last month I purchased a 2010 CPO S550 4matic. My sales person was John Ademaj. As I was an educated consumer, John did a fantastic job in trying to address my needs from options and price considerations to overall trade and buy value. He worked with me virtually the entire day to achieve my goals and expectations and ultimately put me into the car that very day. As with most same day purchases there are always a few loos ends to deal with. Those quality control and service issues were supremely addressed and dealt with by Devin Prediger. Devin not only provided the friendly straight forward service I always receive at Prestige service, but went above and beyone to have my issues dealt with and remedied promptly, on an expedited basis and with as little inconvenience to me as possible. Overall, I am very pleased with the service from both a sales and service perspective and look forward to a long and pleasant sales/service relationship with the Prestige dealership. More

I deal with Jon Polera in service, who has been exceptional through my last three services. From the ease of obtaining a loaner vehicle to the explanations of what my vehicle needs and should have done, the communication is excellent. Even the prices of normal and not-so-normal repairs are reasonable. I love to send people to this dealership because it is such a stark difference from how people are normally treated as a "customer". Prestige truly makes you feels like a client and member of their dealership. My only regret is that I already owned my Mercedes when I discovered Prestige MB, but it is the only place I will purchase my next vehicle. Thanks Jon and Prestige and keep up the good work! Pete More
