The car is brand new clean condition for 4.5 yrs. old, runs super, everything works properly, they prepped it perfect. Certified and ready for our family for years of use. Wow! I would like to commend both Jim and your Mercedes-Benz dealership for all the guidance and help I received. Jim spent a lot of time educating me as to the ML350 features along with available lease and finance options, and once I made my decision to lease a 2012 ML350, Jim stayed way beyond his normal work hours to ensure all was in order. I really had no intention of making a decision the day I met Jim, but his professionalism, patience and most importantly, his advocacy for his customer, me, made it an easy decision to close the deal in one visit. In all my years, I never felt that a Car Representative was my advocate until I met Jim. I suspect we can all learn a lesson from Jim as to his commitment and passion for customer service! Kudos also to Michael Belcastro, Business Manager, for his comprehensive review of my lease details. It was one of the very few times in my life when I wasn't bored reviewing numbers and fine print! Mike is a great conversationalist and kept me engaged. Rich Nelson, New Vehicle Delivery Specialist, is another great asset to your dealership as he spent the time needed to ensure that I not only understood all the "bells and whistles" of my new vehicle but also was comfortable with the functionality of each. If talented associates like Mr Guardino, Mr Belcastro and Mr Nelson are any indication of the service I can expect during my 36 month lease, I am thrilled with my decision to lease with Prestige and expect to be a long-term customer of your MB dealership.
