Unsatisfied Unfortunately the service center lacked good customers service and they appeared to show little to no effort in trying to help me as customer. It seem Unfortunately the service center lacked good customers service and they appeared to show little to no effort in trying to help me as customer. It seemed as if I had to harass the service department to return my calls. Towards the end of our service experience after countless calls and voicemails they were very helpful and ensured that my vehicle will be running smoothly. To improve this i feel like they should show better customer service towards customers with sprinter vans. They should also treat comebacks with more of a priority. I tried to speak to the service manger even left him three to four messages and he never responded to one, he should be attentive towards customers as well. More
