The worst experience After 2 weeks waiting for the service and change of alternator, one of the employees damaged the Shifting bezel of my car. I was returned my car witho After 2 weeks waiting for the service and change of alternator, one of the employees damaged the Shifting bezel of my car. I was returned my car without any notification of the damage that had been done. I asked an employee what had happened and they took the car to back for a few minutes and returned it me as if it was “fixed” and to not worry about it. As I was driving home I noticed that all they did was glue the shifting belt down and it was already coming apart. I immediately brought the car back at 9pm knowing that if I didn’t bring it back right away they would say I damaged the car. I asked to speak to a manager and a Mr. Candela spoke to me, posing to be the manager. I was left without a car for an additional week and was never given any information as to why or who damaged the shifter. I was not happy with the service and would not recommend this service center to anyone. I felt taken advantage of and cheated. More

Just can't do it anymore. Asked for a repair of warrantied item. I know that it was warrantied because a Freightliner service center told me as such, but they couldn't repair u Asked for a repair of warrantied item. I know that it was warrantied because a Freightliner service center told me as such, but they couldn't repair under warranty because they are Freightliner Dealer. They had to call me back 3 times to "adjust the price". I can't do this anymore. Service costs are not suitable for business/construction needs. If the vehicle had an appointment for 7 am to be dropped off, the vehicle should have been ready within the same day. Instead, I receive a call at the end of the day asking for authorization for repairs. That keeps the van for another day. ( First I was Quoted $750 for side chain repair, Freightliner was $250 Cheaper, but...ok...but when vehicle was ready...$1500+ including charging for repairs for warrantied items.) I don't appreciate this type of business practice. Turnaround should be much faster for the cost of service. Keeping the vehicle for 2+ days is not acceptable. And this doesn't even begin to skim the topic of my father's experience within the same amount of time. Service had his car for over 1 week, and the vehicle wasn't even looked at. Seriously? The only two good people at this dealership are Chris Furbacher & James ( Sprinter Mechanic ). I forgot who I worked with last time, but it tells me to select 10 employees.. These 10 employees are only selected for the sake of selection, not that I worked with them. I didn't ask to give you a survey, you emailed me asking. This is my experience. More

Unprofessional; Overpriced; Unfriendly I had one of the worst experiences with this dealership. It took them three weeks just to give me an update on the status of my vehicle. The constantl I had one of the worst experiences with this dealership. It took them three weeks just to give me an update on the status of my vehicle. The constantly gave the excuses that my phone number didn't work. From the billions of times I called them, I got in touch with them twice. During that time they wasted the first 15 mins blaming not contacting me on my phone and then they would try to "show" me how they are calling and the phone didn't work. As they "called" me, guess what- IT SHOWED UP ON MY PHONE and I PICKED UP! So obviously, they were just lying that they couldn't get into contact with me; despite the fact that I have two phone numbers and two emails on file so I find it quite unbelievable that neither my phone or voicemail didn't work to get an update on the status of my vehicle. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I personally called the person owning my account, Joe Candella, every day 4-5 times a day and I got a voicemail every single time. One day I desperately needed an update because I was flying out of the country and needed my vehicle to be complete so I called literally every hour on the hour and NO RESPONSE nor callback. When I got fed up with calling Joe directly, I called the front desk asking to speak with the manager on duty or another person who could give me an update. The times I spoke with the lady at the front desk she was extremely rude and just transferred me back to the voicemail of the Joe because he was the only "owner" of my account. The one time I asked her to transfer me to the manager on duty, Keif Ridley, I also got a voicemail. In order to get an update, I had to personally go into the office to finally be able to speak to someone to not only confirm that their received my vehicle but also the work that I wanted them to do on it. If it wasn't for the morning shift manager, Chris Battaglia, I probably would have waited another week to hear anything about my car. Chris was fabulous. He was great at explaining to me the service that would be needed, the price, and how long it would take. While he was great to work, unfortunately, once you get a person assigned to your car then they are required to be your contact. Overall, they are very unorganized over there since they were purchased by a new company. They tried to make it up to me by giving me a discount on my service but even with the discount, they made it sound like that THEY were doing ME the favor because of their horrible service. While the actual car mechanical service quality is great, the horrendous treatment by the front staff makes this place not worth the trouble. For the amount I am paying to fix my car, I'm expecting impeccable service from the delivery of my vehicle to the picking up of my vehicle. That is not something I experienced during my most recent encounter with this company. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. More

All the rest of my vehicle purchases including BMW, (worst of all) went through Prestige. Not because they changed (still a horrid stressful degrading and draining experience) but only for the convenience since I live only 2 miles away. I have to say this was the most un-stressful experience I ever had with any Dealership.. I went in thinking about a trade in on a GLA 2015 but really just checking out the numbers and came out with a deal on a new GLA2019 that I was happy with.. Went in on a Sat night and received my car Tuesday. Fastest car purchase and delivery ever for me. My Sales person Robinson was excellent, educated no bull just stayed focused and was not pushy. The guy sorry I forgot his name that went over the car with me was Excellent as well. He Taught me a lot more then I ever knew about the car and I purchased the same car??? Finance was the same way. Focused stayed on point, really explained taught me some things I didn't know and didn't waste a min of my time.. I have to admit I drove out a very happy customer without the feeling that I just got shacked down. LOL and Im no shrinking violet. What a different experience you can actually purchase a car and not feel you've been taken. YES I HIGHLY recommend this dealership under its new ownership!! I believe you will be Pleasantly surprised as I was especially if you dealt with Prestige all these years.. TRUTH.. Happy in Ridgewood with my new GLA2019 More
