Steve Dufalo was excellent I've had service at this dealer many times before over many different vehicles. I must say that up until now I've never been enamored with the servic I've had service at this dealer many times before over many different vehicles. I must say that up until now I've never been enamored with the service advisors and their follow up. (the work has been just fine, but the people in front not so much.) This experience was different. Steve Dufalo was the first service advisor that truly followed up and seemed engaged in the process. I hope this is a sign of positive change and not just a unique person that I've encountered for the first time. He called me as promised and kept me appraised of the work performed. I also had the opportunity to speak to the Loaner dept manager the evening before and I must also add that he was extremely accommodating and although he wasn't in on the day of my service, he made sure that our conversations were taken addressed of in his absence.
