Disorganized service department I had an appointment end of July for a recall problem on my e 400. I reserved a loaner and had to wait one month for this loaner . No loaner was avail I had an appointment end of July for a recall problem on my e 400. I reserved a loaner and had to wait one month for this loaner . No loaner was available when I showed up for my appt. . Service manager suggested I leave the service dept that day and they would contact me and arrange to drop off a loaner and take my car to fix this recall problem . That was July 30 and still no phone call. when it was Prestige Mercedes their set ice drop was IMPECCABLE. Benzel is looking better for the next lease. More
