Mercedes-Benz of Paramus - Service Center

Recently moved to the neighborhood. Called MB Paramus to drop off my S550 for service and fix a couple of things. They would not give me a loaner because the vehicle has not been there Called MB Paramus to drop off my S550 for service and fix a couple of things. Called a second time to speak to a service rep. was told same exact thing. Called Benzl Busch in Englewood instead had a loaner for me in couple days no questions asked. go figure. More
