My service advisor Jorge Garzon is very nice, he arranged everything for me, It only took 15 minutes to complete all the procedures and get the loaner car after arrive. The car service is 2 hours, my appoint everything for me, It only took 15 minutes to complete all the procedures and get the loaner car after arrive. The car service is 2 hours, my appointment is 10 pm, but they finish at 4:00, this is not satisfied More

Customer service is prompt and helpful, Communication was at the highest level… I worked with two service advisors just to see if the level of service was true, and by God it was! Customer service 0 stars! !! I have no complains for car service which is fine but when I was mentioning issues with the car I was informed that Mercedes is not gonna perform !! I have no complains for car service which is fine but when I was mentioning issues with the car I was informed that Mercedes is not gonna perform any checks unless I'm willing to pay!! Heck I dropped my car at Mercedes and paid over $300 just for service A where as other places take $150 to do so!!(also I did not ask to open up car engine and check) it was all pretty small checks. They should check and recommend me that this needs so and so fixes !!! More
