I took my car to another dealership 3 times for the same problem. Each time they kept the car 2 or 3 weeks and it wasn’t repaired. The first time I brought it to Mercedes Plano it was repaired correctly i problem. Each time they kept the car 2 or 3 weeks and it wasn’t repaired. The first time I brought it to Mercedes Plano it was repaired correctly in 3 days. Service was outstanding and the staff was professional, courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend Mercedes Plano for any service needs. More
