Please read this before you sell your car to Mercedes-Benz of Plano!!!! Today is day 40 and we have not been given our money for selling our Mercedes benz GLE 2020 to this location. We reviewed Mercedes-Benz of Plano!!!! Today is day 40 and we have not been given our money for selling our Mercedes benz GLE 2020 to this location. We reviewed several places to sell including vrom and Carvana, that offered us a lot more money but chose this dealership instead and have definitely been proven wrong! Today is day 40 and we still have not been given our money. Now we are without money and no vehicle and our SUV is no longer on their lot! We were initially told it'll take 5 to 7 days to get our money but we are still waiting after being told so many different stories. The bank has been paid but they're deciding to continue to hold unto our money for whatever reason. We are extremely disappointed with this location and please don't bother trying to call. The finance department never picks or return left voice-mails Please think twice before selling your car to Mercedes-Benz of Plano More

Have been going to this dealership for service. Been treated well & fair by service advisor (luck maybe) just Like Chuck P & Z, my new advisor Ali is pleasant to work with. Listens to my concerns with the car, give me reasonable advice & options. I appreciate him, too, for his professionalism. He doesn’t convey any condescending attitude. I came in the service center to get repairs done. I gave them my concerns and informed them I had a third party warranty on my vehicle. They never told me when I dropped off my vehicle that they char I gave them my concerns and informed them I had a third party warranty on my vehicle. They never told me when I dropped off my vehicle that they charge more labor hours than what it takes to fix my concerns. What their doing is unethical. They said it takes 5.1 hours to replace a heater core valve. When I know it only takes 2 hours. They claim they go by Mercedes Benz guidelines. Park place Motors tried to do the same thing to someone I know that had the same issue with their car. But one thing I can say about Park Place is that they corrected and honored the hours of the warranty. If you're going to take third party warranty. You should honor the full warranty. And you shouldn't be way off in hours. My warranty said it only takes 2.8 hours to do the job and Mercedes Plano said it take 5.1 hours to do the same job way off, what a rip off. My advisor was looking for other things on my car to fix. Instead of fixing what I brought it in for. Also, he had things fixed on my car without calling me to get my permission. I had a couple of things that I told my advisor about that I wanted fix. He didn't have them fix. I talked to the service manager and told him about the advisor having things done to my car without my permission. The only thing he could say was. It probably had to be done right then and they couldn't stop the job to call me. But the advisor had time to call my warranty company to see if it was covered. Yes he had time to call me. A sorry excuse. The service manager did refund me for a hose that was put on without my permission. After he tried to make me feel bad by saying it only cost $47 it's no problem we can refund it. What he doesn't realize it's the principal about it. You don't do things on your own and expect someone to pay for it. If it wasn't any problem. Refund me my $715 you over charged for labor hours that I had to pay out of pocket. The advisor lied to me and said that he called my warranty company (tire/wheel warranty) and they wouldn't cover my tire. I called my warranty to ask them why they didn't cover my tires. They inform me that my advisor never said anything to them about my tires. He only told them about my wheel (rim). Also, my advisor told me that my vehicle warranty wouldn't cover something with my oil pan. When I talked to the service manager. I found out the oil repair was showing $200 more than what my advisor told me. The service manager called him into his office. That's when I found out that my warranty company paid more money. But he still had on the paperwork the original amount the warranty company paid. He didn't make the adjustments that showed they paid more. What was he going to do? Pocket the additional money. It makes you wonder. It was so many discrepancy in what the advisor told me through out my repair experience. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone and I will not be back. This is not a trustworthy dealership. They gave me a two year warranty on my repairs I hope to God I don't have to use it. Because I can't see myself going back to this dealership. I can't trust them with my car again. I only deal with honest people. They should consider their selves when they are working with people and their property. Would they like someone to treat their wives, daughter, or granddaughter like they treated me ( overcharged, and found other jobs to charge me for). Remember what goes around comes back around. It may not come back on you. But you shouldn't take the chance that it might come back on your kids, grandkids, or your wife. You always want to do good. So good can come back to you and your family. I wouldn't want to work on a job that I had to lower my standards and take advantage of people to get ahead. That's what the service department of Mercedes Benz of Plano showed me that they are all about. Don't trust them they will try to tell you that a warranty company doesn't usually cover this. For example, they told me that warranty companies doesn't usually cover catalytic converters. But what they didn't know I read my warranty thoroughly before I go to the dealership or any repair place to see what is covered. Please read your warranty coverage yourself. Don't believe the dealership about your warranty coverage nine times out of ten either they don't know what they are talking about. Or their trying to see if you know what your coverage is and maybe their trying to see if they can get some extra money out of you. I don't know what kind of incentives that their getting by getting extra money out of their customers. I believe their getting something. Beware. I hope this helps someone. It's so many crooks out there. Where are the honest people? Also, I went to the tire shop after I picked up my car to see what my advisor was saying was cracked. At first I thought he was saying my tire was cracked. One of my issues was that my tire had a slow leak. He didn't clearly explain to me that it was my rim that he was talking about. When I went to the tire shop I found out that most of my wheel bolts was stripped. My advisor never told me that anything was wrong with my wheel bolts or they had any problem taking my tires off my vehicle. So why was my wheel bolts stripped? I had to spend more money to replace my wheel bolts. More
