Joseph, we apologize that your vehicle is experiencing issues with the radio. We've looked into your diagnosis and it was noted that the part needed to repair your radio is no longer manufactured. Our team mentioned that since we cannot resolve the issue with OEM parts, we did not charge for the diagnosis as token of good will. We apologize that there is not more we can do.
