Darren took EXCELLENT care of me. He helped me preorder my Mercedes GLE Coupe in June and held my hand the whole way. Worst MB dealership experience . I took my 2011 C300 on 11/06/2021 for oil change and replacing a bulb. When I was driving back home in my car, I noticed large amount of white smoke coming from under the h 11/06/2021 for oil change and replacing a bulb. When I was driving back home in my car, I noticed large amount of white smoke coming from under the hood. I stopped the car immediately and opened the hood ( it was very very hot). I noticed copious amounts of engine oil under the car and smoke bellowing from the engine. I got the vehicle towed back to dealership and had it inspected . They acknowledged that the lube tech didn't tighten the oil cap , causing oil under pressure to fall on hot engine components and producing the smoke. I will never, ever take my cars to this deal ship again. Avoid this dealership at all costs ! More

I just turned in my lease. Everyone at the dealership was so gracious and Dana (who sadly is retiring soon) made it super simple including doing paperwork ahead of time so it was ready when I arrived.
