When I took the vehicle in the 1st time I was told over the phone that the work would be done in the same day. When I arrived I was told They needed 3 days. I was from out of town and had no other vehicle the phone that the work would be done in the same day. When I arrived I was told They needed 3 days. I was from out of town and had no other vehicle so I had to reschedule for the next time I was passing through and I had to make arrangements with someone I didn’t know that well to pick me up and return me to the dealer which was an inconvenience. No offer was made by anyone at the dealership to provide me with a loaner vehicle. While the work was being done I could never reach my service associate directly to check on the status. I always had to wait for a call back. The organization is too big and lacks any ‘personal’ touch, I would not recommend this dealership for repair work. More

Not satisfied. I took car for sevice, it was fine when I deopped off but when I went to pick up it was not starting. They told me no problem reported in service but when Inshowed them its not starting theg deopped off but when I went to pick up it was not starting. They told me no problem reported in service but when Inshowed them its not starting theg started guessing. Very unreliable, jusy after service there is engine light on malfuntion sign on. More

Darren took EXCELLENT care of me. He helped me preorder my Mercedes GLE Coupe in June and held my hand the whole way.
