Did not fix the problem — claimed my key was not able to sync with my car due to my purse. The key doesn’t sync even without my purse. In addition, I kept telling the representative my car needed an update. It has been recalled. He kept disagreeing with me as though a woman couldn't possibly know anything about cars. When I picked up my car, he shared with me that he researched the recall and that there is in fact a recall and I would receive a letter as to when to return and update the dashboard panel.
