MB of Plano has been my go to for all my Mercedes vehicles. Had to take my 08 ML350 in this week for a check engine light. Online appointment scheduling was quick and efficient. They quickly diagnose vehicles. Had to take my 08 ML350 in this week for a check engine light. Online appointment scheduling was quick and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the issue and made recommendations for a few other items. After selecting what needed to be done my service advisor Jay called me and went over in detail the necessary items to take care of. They were able to get all repairs done in one day and let me know to pick up the vehicle. Online review of invoice and payment is a plus as well. I also appreciate the Alto shuttle service. Very quick to respond and friendly personable and professional drivers. Car was returned clean and washed. So I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Plano for their service, attention to detail, quick and efficient service, up front estimates, professionalism, and care and concern. More
