People are nice but ridiculously long wait on the telephone while they try to figure out what’s happening, impossible to reach service representatives Who did not return voice messages, car was not ready when it was supposed to be, they did not send shuttle as promised, and it Took 25 minutes just to pick up the car yet there was no line of people waiting. Mobile app they provided gave no information and just tried to sell me things. The paperwork they gave me did not explain all the work that was done. They may have a good mechanics but It seems that they are overstaffed but their people are terribly under trained and their business processes are very very poor. Very disorganized operation. More

Go see Zack for all your service needs! I did my research on my 2016 CLS and found out that I could upgrade my system to Apple CarPlay through Mercedes. I was turned away by pretty much eve I did my research on my 2016 CLS and found out that I could upgrade my system to Apple CarPlay through Mercedes. I was turned away by pretty much every Service advisor in DFW saying it wasn’t possible and told I’d have to get it done at car toys as an aftermarket system, which wasn’t true. Then I met Zach, who also did the same research as me. Zach told me I was right and it could be done through the manufacture. Zach also gave me affordable pricing for the upgrade. Now it’s like I have a whole new car and I’m extremely happy! None of this would have been possible without Zach he really went above and beyond for me. Now I can proudly say MB of Plano has earn my business with Zach being my service advisor. I work down the street from Park place and rather drive to Plano to see Zach to have my car serviced the right way!! Thanks again Zach! More

Disappointed at the Quality of Work and Communi Ive been having my vehicle serviced and repaired at this dealership over the past 8 years. This repair visit what the last straw. I has a trip schedul Ive been having my vehicle serviced and repaired at this dealership over the past 8 years. This repair visit what the last straw. I has a trip scheduled for Wednesday, 2/27 at 6 am. I had an appointment to take my car into the dealership on Monday, 2/25 at 7 a.m. mainly due to a burning smell under the hood and to check the battery. I met the advisor and left my car that morning. I heard nothing from the dealership that day. I texted the advisor Tuesday morning, 2/26, and was finally sent the diagnosis ... an engine oil leak and the battery needed to be replaced. I authorized the repair at approx 10 a.m. . I began contacting the advisor around 4pm for an update. The dealership closes at 6 pm. Messages were left via voicemail and text. After no response, I drove to the dealership around 5:15 p.m. only to be told that they hadn't began the work. Getting on the road at 6 a.m. the next morning wasn't going to happen. The work .. So I thought ... was completed around noon Wednesday along with a bad car wash. I began my out-of-state trip around 2 p.m. and drove approximately 550 miles. I awoke the next morning with large oil spills under my car and a low oil level. The car was taken to the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealership ... 65 miles away. It was discovered that the engine cover was missing and the cam plug on one of the cylinders hadn't been replaced properly causing oil to pour out of the car. My car was repaired properly by MB of Collierville ... true professionalism from beginning to end. I am a female and this could have caused me to be stranded on the interstate at night along with damage to my engine. I will never trust MB of Plano with my vehicle again! More
