I found the Mercedes of Plano dealership to have excellent "drive-up" appeal. I was quickly met by Alex Ugarte with whom I had spoken on the phone re: a preowned Mercedes which I had seen online. excellent "drive-up" appeal. He told me enough about the car that I was interested in driving it. During the test drive, he explained more to me. After returning to the dealership, he had my current car appraised. We negotiated a net price for the "new" car minus my trade-in. Although I would have liked to have received more for the trade-in, I felt that the overall deal was fair. The final paperwork with Brian Curtis was concluded within a reasonable time period, and I drove away a very satisfied customer. Alex and Brian made the entire process flow very smoothly. Alex has called me at home to see if I have any questions. He has ordered floor mats which will be available when I return for license plates. I would certainly recommend the Mercedes of Plano dealership very highly. More

I had a great new car buying experience this weekend at Mercedes Benz of Plano thanks to Chad Wicker, a top sales consultant there. I had come in the weekend before to test drive an 2012 E350 and a 201 Mercedes Benz of Plano thanks to Chad Wicker, a top sales consultant there. I had come in the weekend before to test drive an 2012 E350 and a 2012 SLK 350 for the first time and Chad was standing right by the front door waiting for me. We drove both vehicles and I liked them both. Chad never pressured me into a decision at all. In fact, I told him I wasn't really ready to buy because I had some other brands I wanted to consider and Chad suggested I give them a try but he felt confident that they couldn't beat a Mercedes Benz. Chad was right. Over the following week, I did a ton of research online and ultimately "upgraded" myself to the idea of a bigger engine. So, I decided to focus on the 2012 E550 4MATIC and the 2012 SLK55 AMG instead. Later in the week, a friend at work talked me out of getting the convertible SLK55 AMG, so I zeroed in on the E550 4MATIC. As luck would have it, Mercedes Benz of Plano coincidently had the exact black on black sport sedan with black ash wood color combination that I wanted. That made it super easy for me - I just emailed Chad Wicker and told him I wanted to come back in for a test drive of the E550 4MATIC that Saturday morning. Ultimately, the weather on Friday afternoon was gorgeous and I couldn't keep myself holed up in my office - I decided to just go on to Mercedes Benz of Plano right then and there and do the test drive. I called Chad from the car and by the time I got there, he already had the 2012 E550 4MATIC pulled around out front. We test drove it on the North Dallas Tollway and the car sold itself to me - Chad just sat there in the passenger seat grinning. This 2012 E550 4MATIC was the new car for me (I had previously owned a 2004 VW Phaeton W12 Premier Edition). Back at the dealership, Chad and I talked about lease versus buy and the kind of financing I was interested in, how much I wanted to pay per month, etc. Ultimately, Chad worked with the finance team and came back with a total ownership price that was even lower than the one I had worked up in my own spreadsheet the night before. So, it was a no-brainer for me. From the time that I told Chad I wanted the car to driving away in it to go home, it was about one hour. It was the easiest new car purchase that I've ever made. More

Bought our new ML350 from Larry Reeg this weekend. This was the second purchase from Larry. He is a great guy to deal with.
