We were happy with the final price and opted to add two years maintenance into our payment. Overall, the dealership was very bright and welcoming as well as its employees. Mitzi replaced 3 bulbs while i waited in the tail/brake lamp area. She always does everything possible to get my car in and out as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. I am planning on buying this same car again soon and a big part of the reason why is because of Mitzi and the service I get at Ewing. My husband and daughter both drive BMW's and i have been to their dealership and am shocked at the difference in care they receive. I would never drive a BMW because of that reason!!! The service of a car is the most important aspect of owning a particular type of vehicle in my opinion. It can make your experience pleasant or a constant annoyance. I choose pleasant and will continue to purchase Mercedes for that reason! More
