I had a wonderful experience purchasing a certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz E350 from Stephen Gleason at Ewing Autohaus in Plano, TX. I had explained to Mr. Gleason what I was looking for, and he showed me several cars that met my expectations and fell within my price range in addition to the one I had seen online. He allowed me to take my time as I carefully looked over all my options, then expedited the sale of the one I selected with the pricing and finance managers. He did all the negotiating for me, and I got an excellent price for both my trade-in and new purchase, plus a free tank of gas and a bluetooth adapter for my phone which I was not expecting! Ewing Autohaus is a great dealership, and Stephen Gleason a terrific asset to their sales staff. I highly recommend them both. More

I have always considered myself as somewhat of a car guru but I must say that I have been out classed when it comes to car knowledge. Daniel went above and beyond to assist me with any questions and concerns I had. He even drove an hour to my house after the dealership was closed to show my all of the extra features the car had to offer. Daniel was a true professional with my best interest in mind. i went on line and searched newspaper for over a week to find a good used clk convertible. i compiled over 8 cars to look at and made an appointment at ewing autohaus to see two used cars. tom swift sat me find a good used clk convertible. i compiled over 8 cars to look at and made an appointment at ewing autohaus to see two used cars. tom swift sat me down in his office and explained to me what to look for and what price i should pay for what i wanted and showed me other cars at other dealers within a 300 mile radias of dallas. only aafter that did he allow me to test drive the two on his lot. after several long test drives, i concluded that this was the place to buy a certified pre owned car. i drove out with my car a few hours later completely satisfied with my purchase. he made me an appointment with the service department to align the car and fix a flor mat that he noticed needed some work. deana lisby fixed those items and some others the next week at no charge to me and gave me a mercedes rental to drive in th eprocess. i now have a new looking mercedes that i purchased for less than blue book value that is immaculate! tom saved me about a week at wasting my time looking at other cars and he was able to add an extended warranty on the car for me. he educated me about the cars, let me make my own decision on the purchase and followed through verbaly on service after the sale through deana in the service department. completely satisfied with my experience and impressed with the integrity at this dealership.
