The sales lady, Connie Flores,was a joy to work with. She was caring and attentive to my needs. The finance gentleman on the other hand, was pushy and cold. He was unhappy with my decision to finance the car elsewhere. Another problem I had was with the people who detailed my vehicle. They left scratch marks and swirls on the paint from the buffer. It made me feel like they didn't care about. And I definitely thought it had something to do with my encounter with the finance guy. More
