Was told they were able to duplicate noise in front wheel of my GLC. Was told at first it was because of the the tires then it was because it was a 4matic and they had a LI from Mercedes that confirm it. The of my GLC. Then when I got the maintenance report it said they couldn't duplicate the problem, but it did refer to the LI document that said certain Mercedes were subject to make a noise in the wheel and the solution is to buy different tires. Issue #1 Complaint went from "Could Duplicate" to "Could Not Duplicate" , why? Issue #2 A 70,000 luxury vehicle should not have a drivetrain that cracks or jerks and is considered normal. I had a GLA I traded in on the GLC because it had a dual clutch transmission that shifted rough in the first two gears and was told it was normal for it. I see a pattern here with Mercedes and this dealership. More
