Mercedes-Benz of Plano - Service Center

I completely unsatisfied the service this dealership provided. My son hit a paper box on driver side front bumper and need a little push to make it back to position. However, the side wheel trim got pee provided. My son hit a paper box on driver side front bumper and need a little push to make it back to position. However, the side wheel trim got peeled off when I drove. They said they cannot warranty the peeled trim due to front bumper damage. I paid over 1k for the fix. Not longer than couple weeks, the wheel trim peeled again. Since they do not have the exercise they agree to replace the trim again. The problem is due to bad quality trim piece. But they asked me to pay a few hundreds for this. I do not recommend to this dealership. Not honest people. My service advisor is Eric Alejandrez. And the manager is Ben. More
