Worst MB dealership experience . I took my 2011 C300 on 11/06/2021 for oil change and replacing a bulb. When I was driving back home in my car, I noticed large amount of white smoke coming from under the h 11/06/2021 for oil change and replacing a bulb. When I was driving back home in my car, I noticed large amount of white smoke coming from under the hood. I stopped the car immediately and opened the hood ( it was very very hot). I noticed copious amounts of engine oil under the car and smoke bellowing from the engine. I got the vehicle towed back to dealership and had it inspected . They acknowledged that the lube tech didn't tighten the oil cap , causing oil under pressure to fall on hot engine components and producing the smoke. I will never, ever take my cars to this deal ship again. Avoid this dealership at all costs ! More
We were able to schedule an appointment when a loan car was available thus avoiding interruptions to our weekday schedules. I arrived at the scheduled time, was expertly advised as to what work was best at was available thus avoiding interruptions to our weekday schedules. I arrived at the scheduled time, was expertly advised as to what work was best at my milage, picked up the loaner and went about our day. A call that afternoon advised that more time was needed to finish the work. The next day, as promised it was ready. The work was complete, the cost was as stated and staff was very courteous even though it appeared they were working at capacity as most service oriented businesses seem to be these days. This was my first time in but you have earned my future business! More

Met me on arrival promptly, had me ready to leave quickly. The A service took 6-7 hours. I didn’t get a loaner and didn’t ask for one. On return they washed my car and cleaned the interior. Great service from Chad once again. Keeps me posted through the service process and is very polite and professional. Feels like personal service which I greatly appreciate. He works with my lifetime wa through the service process and is very polite and professional. Feels like personal service which I greatly appreciate. He works with my lifetime warranty company so I don't have to be bothered by it and explains charges i need to cover in ways I understand and can approve not having questions left..
