I felt like a huge inconvenience to my service representative. I had to find my service rep. to check in. On check out the rep handed me the fob and told me my car was park somewhere in the gara representative. I had to find my service rep. to check in. On check out the rep handed me the fob and told me my car was park somewhere in the garage” just hit the unlock and look for the lights”. I had an incorrect error message on starting the car which required about 30 minutes to reprogram. The second time I had an unfamiliar message on the dash and returned to the rep who seemed very irritated. I would have expected a dealership with premium service to take me to the car and start the car to confirm all service was complete and done correctly. More

I bought a certified mercedes and when Me and the sales person went outside to get the car, I realized a dent near the gas tank door. I showed it to the salesperson. He said he would talk to the shop manag person went outside to get the car, I realized a dent near the gas tank door. I showed it to the salesperson. He said he would talk to the shop manager and get back to me. I have sent him multiple reminders via text and all I heard was he would get back to me. After more than a month still no word.
