Salesperson was ok. F&I guy was atrocious. Front desk - about average. Was stuck in their elevator for about 2 hrs, manager apologized and dealership 1hr later still tri F&I guy was atrocious. Horrible experience. I purchased a used vehicle that was nearly brand new from Mercedes Benz of Portland. I test drove it then called a few days later and was told the pr I purchased a used vehicle that was nearly brand new from Mercedes Benz of Portland. I test drove it then called a few days later and was told the price is the listed price. I came in the next day at it was $2k higher than the listed price for an added paint protection and security feature that were never mentioned. I still purchase the car. Drive it home and it leaves a large oil stain in my driveway. Next day they send the car to the manufacturer for the repair under warranty. I get the car back 3 weeks later, Mercedes dealer was zero help. I then notice the hood is slightly misaligned. At this point I’ve only had the car in my possession for 1.5 days. I call Mercedes and two days later they tell me they won’t fix it. Lesson learned. You would probably get better service and help from a dealer on 82nd Ave. More
