I initially called Chan, Briefing him on my experience with a different dealership, and the foul taste that was left in my mouth through lack of integrity and broken promises with the other dealer. I then expressed to Chan that we were looking to lease a vehicle, I was going to be a cosigner for my son who is just getting started in his career in establishing credit, what our budget was, and the desired vehicle we were looking for. I also told him that I was only in this big hurry to purchase the vehicle as was the vehicle available to meet our needs. Chan took the time to listen to what our needs were, and immediately provided an option for us. He scheduled the appointment based on our availability and had the vehicle prepared and waiting for us to test drive. The vehicle was as promised, on budget, and there was a zero pressure approach. Chan took the time to make us feel welcomed and as if we were a part of the Mercedes-Benz of Portland family. Chan’s representation of Mercedes-Benz of Portland, his professional approach, and his integrity for honoring and keeping his word, is why we will continue to be customers of Mercedes Benz of Portland.
