GLC 300 New car purchase Initially on entering the dealership, we weren't greeted by anyone, despite catching eye contact with several people. We were left unattended for quit Initially on entering the dealership, we weren't greeted by anyone, despite catching eye contact with several people. We were left unattended for quite some time wandering the floor. The experience needs to be special from the second you enter the dealership, to the second you drive off in your new car. Maury was incredibly patient with us, showing us car after car on the lot. A tremendous experience on that front. Dale was great getting a deal for us, as this was unprompted. Disappointed that this was instead of the offer that we had been made already. This wasn't pointed out until it came to signing the paperwork. More

Awful experience First of all, dale was extremely rude. Danielle said the car has no issues at all.I drove 5 hours to get the car and when I got there, 1 headlight was First of all, dale was extremely rude. Danielle said the car has no issues at all.I drove 5 hours to get the car and when I got there, 1 headlight was out and front brakes were shot. Danielle said he will make sure to fix it. Later dale said the car is as is. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. On my way back home, i got pulled over and got a ticket. I didn't mind paying full asking price, all I asked for is to take a few hundred dollars off so i could fix those issues but they didn't agree. More
