Red exterior; black inte I had an extremely positive experience last week with Mercedes-Benz of Portland. I decided I wanted to buy a Mercedes-Benz. Red exterior; black interior; all the bells and whistles. I went online and one popped up. I asked a few questions and had an immediate reply from Jennifer Pasquini from this company. I had a car to trade in. The long and short of the story is – that within 36 hours I was going to purchase a new car from this dealership. All thanks to Jennifer’s responsive communications; willingness to work with me; exchange needed information, etc., no matter how late Friday evening was getting. The best part is yet to come. She said I could drive my car to the dealership on SW Naito Parkway and drive the new one home. Since it was Rose Parade day, I told her I really didn’t want to do that. She offered to deliver it to me in Vancouver, WA on Saturday morning. We picked a location. She was waiting for me when I arrived. She had all the necessary paperwork for the transaction. She fully and in great detail explained to me how the car operated. We went for a test drive. The exchange was completed seamlessly. I love my new red Mercedes! At the ripe old age of 75, I am quick to criticize customer service. I am also happy to compliment when warranted. Jennifer is a gold-star, over-the-top model of customer service and a credit to Mercedes-Benz of Portland. Leased a new Mercedes Chan in sales and Chuck in service were simply the most wonderful two individuals I have ever had the honor of doing business with. My previous Merce Chan in sales and Chuck in service were simply the most wonderful two individuals I have ever had the honor of doing business with. My previous Mercedes (I bought at a non Mercedes dealership) had problems from the get go. On this last repair of over $8,000.00 worth of work bid, I asked Chuck for his help. He immediately recommended Chan and he was right on. Not only did they get me out of my current vehicle but into a lease for a 2017 C class all done in an afternoon. Chan even went as far as to bring the car to me while I was at work so I could test drive it. He has continued to follow up as has Chuck. I will never do business with anyone else again. Chan and Chuck are my guys! More

Tracy Warren and her crew found the car that I could not find anywhere and not only that but the Finance department did the impossible so I could get the car I wanted. Their service and customer care is above excellent. They really care for their customers. I gotta say it was really a challenge because my situation was a little bit different since I was relocating from the East to the West side but they made it happen and now I drive a MB everyday and I am super happy with it. I was very satisfied with him and I would recommend everyone to go to this dealership and look for Kenny! He will find you a right car for you. Usually, other dealerships dealers would try to rip you off and be unprofessional and rude if people ended up not buying a car, however, Kenny is different. He would take his time and tries his best work to work with you. More

Upon arriving, the staff warmly greeted us and then we met with Jennifer. She was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly, approachable, and it was obvious she was well-prepared and knowledge about the vehicle we had expressed interest in. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, we met with Mylee, who also went above and beyond in helping us complete the paperwork. The staff at this dealership is top notch and deserves all 5 stars! More
BAIT AND SWITCH on NEW MERCEDES I recently purchased a 2016 Mercedes and initially was pleased with the service. Unfortunately, it went downhill after that. I have only had my vehi I recently purchased a 2016 Mercedes and initially was pleased with the service. Unfortunately, it went downhill after that. I have only had my vehicle for 6 months. I love my car.....BUT... 1. I told the sales associate I would only purchase a vehicle that had roof racks. The sales manager agreed to included the racks on the car for me at no additional cost to close the deal. When I went to open the sunroof, it apparently does not work with these racks. Another Mercedes dealership showed me in writing in the Mercedes Service manual, that racks do NOT work on this vehicle and there is a problem because the Sunroof will not work when these particular racks are installed. This was obviously a known problem and Not brought to my attention. I addressed this with the service manager and he agreed that I should return the racks to Mercedes and he would pay for the new racks that would work properly from a private Rack store. I emailed him the temporary receipt and price of the appropriate racks BEFORE purchasing and he ok'd he would refund me in full. I purchased the racks for $595 within a week of that conversation and when I went to get a refund, the service manager had stopped working for Mercedes and the New Manager , Romano Boicic ,REFUSES to pay me but $270. My sales associate, let's call him Mr. D, says he is unable to assist me either. This is a Bait and Switch. HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS and A SCAM to promise a customer who has purchased a practically NEW Vehicle and not even stand by their word. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. 2. When I drove the vehicle off the lot and went to Costco for my weekly shopping, upon getting back in the vehicle, it wouldn't start. It was 8 PM at night and I couldn't even drive home. This had to be repaired at the dealership. ONLY hours after purchase. What a NIGHTMARE. More
