Was quoted the wrong price for transmission service. 300$ difference. Passenger window was supposed to be fixed and it was not. Now I have to drive another hour long trip so you can maybe fix it this ti 300$ difference. Passenger window was supposed to be fixed and it was not. Now I have to drive another hour long trip so you can maybe fix it this time. The front differential was replaced. Was told the smell from the new parts would stop in a couple of days. It has been about a month and it still smells every time I drive it. These are the same type of reasons I don’t go to the Wilsonville dealership anymore. Portland and Wilsonville seem to care about the money more than the customer which is very sad. No compensation no apologies. I have another appt on the 9th for my window again. Would like a different advisor this time More
