I was in town from San Diego and AC went out. Paid $250 to recharge and add dye. Found out when I got back to San Diego that the compressor was out. This finding should have been identified at MB of Portla to recharge and add dye. Found out when I got back to San Diego that the compressor was out. This finding should have been identified at MB of Portland. It was a horrible trip back to San Diego with no AC. Dealer should have identified that the compressor was bad from the start without having to add dye and recharge system. Horrible experience and waste of money. More
I guess because of the pandemic I feel that they discourage us customer to bring our car for service . I can understand the situation but the warm. And welcome friendliness.
