The service staff is very good , but the dealership has policies not in the interest of its customers. For instance, when we wanted to purchase a EQS 580 when they began selling them , we were told we wo policies not in the interest of its customers. So we were forced to look for a dealership that did not charge a premium. So this dealership lost a good potential customer through their greed. I recently had the car detailed , at the dealership. They did a very good job. However the car had a tire that was loosing air . I was told that I had to purchase a new tire regardless of whether it was a simple tire leek. More
