Purchase Pre-Cert E 350 Auto I found all of the members of this dealership to be friendly ,very professional , and knowledgeable about their areas of expertise .Most importantly I I found all of the members of this dealership to be friendly ,very professional , and knowledgeable about their areas of expertise .Most importantly I found the timeliness of the follow up and advice in the sales area to be extremely helpful in our purchase. This was our second purchase of a pre-cert Mercedes , the last in another state many years ago and we found this experience to be much smoother especially considering the circumstances ( snow storms) and timing of a trade-in with serious problems. Additionally the service department was able to provide us with transportation at the last minute which was a great relief at the time. More
