If you want a car ... please ask Chris I came to the US 2 weeks ago , I was moved from my company in Mexco to start working in the US. For us as a family was a BIG move leaving all in Mexic I came to the US 2 weeks ago , I was moved from my company in Mexco to start working in the US. For us as a family was a BIG move leaving all in Mexico and coming a country that we do not how to live or do business, meaning to buy a car. As you may imagine we are doint a lot of paperwork trying to get SSN, drivers licence, bank account, house, etc etc etc...... We visited other agencies from different brands and no one was able to accept a transaction in cash or to help us with a credit. We were in an urgent situation because a car in this country is the only way we can have to move. Chris was the only one that did all the paper work very quick and was able to get a credit for us that was a better deal for us. He is really amazing! He really understand people needs and looks for ways to solve it. Mercedes is a great brand, I am a big fan of Mercedes and he is the best for this great company. Congratulation to Mercedes by having people like Chris. Thanks!!!! More

Theo went above and beyond by even updating my wife's smart phone so it would work with the car's systems. There was no back and forth to this sale. Chris knew where we were with our previous lease and knew we wanted to be somewhere around the same number. He discounted the car considerably to get us close enough to the number to make the deal. He and Theo were both very courteous. I cannot say enough good things about Chris and Theo. More
