Before moving forward, I contacted Mercedes-Benz Financial Services to confirm my contracted buyout amount because I was interested in adding an extended warranty and tire protection. Unfortunately, my experience with Cherry Hill was disappointing. I received three different quotes, none of which started with the actual contracted buyout amount provided by MBFS. The pricing was nearly $3,000 higher — without even including the warranties. As a loyal customer of almost two decades, I felt overlooked and undervalued. Determined to explore my options, I searched online and found Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. We had a great experience buying our custom built GLS 450. Arno made the process seamless. He explained all of the options on the car, and advocated for what he thought was valuable and why, but also did 450. Arno made the process seamless. He explained all of the options on the car, and advocated for what he thought was valuable and why, but also didn't try to upsell us on things we wouldn't really use. We took care of all of the financing outside of the dealership, allowing us to not spend most of our Saturday in a finance office. Would definitely recommend buying a car here! More
