When I got to the dealership, Miguel was very nice and professional, he explained the service that my car needed, and answered all my questions patiently, and got my loaner car ready for me very quickly. Because I have a back to back schedule with my two kids, I won't be able to return the loaner car till next morning, and Miguel was very understandable and thoughtful too. There was nothing in common with the uncomfortable, adversarial auto buying experiences I have had before. He listened carefully, understood my needs and wishes, and worked to meet them. The most transparent process I have ever seen--all details reviewed, double-checked, all possible combinations examined. Everything explained clearly. Dale took his time to consider the optimal combination of features and value-for-money packages. I felt well informed as well as respected. This was a unique experience.
