This is the first time I worked with Mercedez of Princeton and Kevin Keener. It was an amazing experience and since the start. I was little confused between two cars and Kevin took time to help me decide by offering multiple test drives, understanding Pros & cons, the cost difference etc. His knowledge of features and packages while I was customizing my car was exceptional. He not only is technically sound with his car knowledge but also a creative sales person. CLIENT FOCUS & RECOMMENDATIONS: His recommendation to change the interior trim, wheels, tire size and others in my custom build (Which I sent for finalization) made my car look more beautiful. PATIENT TO OFFER BEST INCENTIVES: Kevin helped me lease Custom GLC300 4Matic and while we were working together on building my car back in September (I got it delivered last week), Kevin spent a good amount of time asking the right questions. He wanted to save me money and was asking each and every questions which could save me some dollars. In the end with his right questions I probably ended up saving $1500 only because I had a fleet program enrolled. I had lots of specific questions about options, performance, delivery time for orders, and Dale provided accurate answers and recommendations based on my answers to his questions about my anticipated vehicle use. We worked up the vehicle build at his desk and I got copies of the order and estimated delivery time. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, the MB of Princeton team had the car ready for me in a day. The entire sales and delivery process was executed flawlessly. Of course, the best part of my vehicle purchase is the GLC43 that provides the driving experience I desired. Dale's recommendation of adding the optional LED headlamps/tail lamps is worth every penny at night. Both my sons said they have never been in a car that illuminated the road and surroundings as well as this set. I look forward to having the car serviced and broken in with the MB of Princeton team. No detail is too small for the attention of the team there. The sales is handled by Tom Trovas, a consummate professional with an eye for the right steps tit takes to make a great deal. I always know that Linda Tague can solve any service issue I have with speed,expertise and humor. The dealership itself even stepped in when a particular model with low profile tires became an issue.
