Arno had extensive knowledge about the car and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Arno helped me custom build my car to get the extras that would be the safest and practical for me. Arno came highly recommended to me and I drove over an hour just to go to that dealership. It was well worth the trip and I would do it again. I would highly recommend this dealer and Arno. You don't find too many sales people out there anymore that actually take care of the customer. His demeanor and years of experience come though with each interaction. He does not waste your time, he is direct and to the point with his opinions and has great follow up skills. In today's fast-paced world, he leverages email to ensure communications are taking place even when the phone is not available. During delivery of the vehicle he had all paperwork completed in advance and had prepared a nice package for our review and signature. We were in the dealership less than 15 mins when we took delivery - we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you again Alex! More

Dale Cook Dale is a true proffesinal,this is our second mercedes purchased from Dale in the last two years. I received a call from Dale to remind me that our 2012 E350 lease was almost to an end. He new the options that are a must for my wife and I and I added a few more. He immediately went on a search for me and when he found a match he called me to set up an appointment. When we arrived, Dale was waiting to show us the car and how everything worked. We sat down and came to an agreed upon price. Within two hours, my wife and I were driving away with our new car. Dale has a great personality and puts his clients at ease.
