While on my very though test drive, all the cars specs were explained in high detail, Paul is very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions & concerns, I knew I had a true professional sales rep. I was "Sold" we worked on the most fair, effortless, lease agreement I had ever signed ! Before leaving, Paul introduced me to the General Manager Tom Knobloch, who made me feel part of the Mercedes-Benz of Princeton family. Oil Change attempt -The review is for the service department Would like to share some thoughts and feedback and to express my deepest disappointment from the service provided by Mercedes-Benz of Princeton (the s Would like to share some thoughts and feedback and to express my deepest disappointment from the service provided by Mercedes-Benz of Princeton (the service department) which in my experience the quality is declining tremendously every single year having a very poor customer relations, lacking willingness to understand the need and having representatives incapable of conducting customer oriented business. Had an appointment on 27 Dec at 11.45 am scheduled a week ago for an oil change, the technician Paul showed up at 12.15 me tried to convince me that I have to perform the entire service B and/or A which I was unwilling to do given the ridiculous prices that was determined for changing fluids and cabin filter, in any event wanted to do only the oil change and was told that in this case (if I do not do the entire service) they would not re-set the message coming on the screen of the car for service A although the oil change is part of that, wanted also to have the front parking bulb changed and was told that the price is 55$, amazing the bulb is not more than 10$ and the replacement is taking exactly 2minutes. After agreeing that will do only the oil change I was informed that I have to wait for another hour or hour and a half at which point I took my car back and left the dealership. Being a customer for close to 10 years and having multiple vehicles bought from this place I can see clearly that the service representatives are getting more hostile and argumental and are not listening to the customers. As an example I had in the near past a bulb replaced as a curtesy by the service department. Tried to explain the whole situation to the manager Brian, he did not help in anyway with the exception that he promised he could re-set the system not to show pending service A if I replace the bulb for the amount mentioned above. I am sorry I do not think that this is the proper way of doing business on the first place and secondly be considered of the time of the customers do not waste my time and try to be helpful. More
If It's Not Broken, Don't Try To Fix It Fifteen years and five vehicles later, I still find Mercedes of Princeton my "go to" when leasing a new vehicle - for many reasons, but primarily the Fifteen years and five vehicles later, I still find Mercedes of Princeton my "go to" when leasing a new vehicle - for many reasons, but primarily the customer service provided by Dale Cook and John Nunziato. John was my first introduction to the dealership when he assisted me back in the early 2000's. When he moved on to a position in the financial area of the dealership, he introduced me to Dale, who I've been working with ever since. Both John and Dale are knowledgeable, professional and patient! I've never felt pressured to make any decisions before I was ready; rather, they provided the information and support to make a decision that was right for me. And I would be remiss in not mentioning Adam , the young man who provided me with a tutorial on the differences in the dashboard configuration between my old and new vehicles and how to operate the various systems. What an asset to the MB Princeton team! I've often been asked why I choose to deal with MB Princeton rather than a dealership closer to my home. My consistent response is that each time I visit, I feel like I'm visiting family, whether for sales or service. What could be a necessary "chore," is a pleasant experience. Phenomenal Experience with Dale Cook After spending a day test-driving small SUVs, I arrived at the Mercedes-Benz showroom and was introduced to Dale Cook. I knew I wanted to see the GLA After spending a day test-driving small SUVs, I arrived at the Mercedes-Benz showroom and was introduced to Dale Cook. I knew I wanted to see the GLA 250 and Mr. Cook was happy to oblige. He gave me a thorough explanation of the features before the test drive, something the Audi and BMW salespeople did not. The test drive sold me and Dale made the entire process simple. When we picked up the car, Dale spent time with us reviewing the operating systems, getting us set up on mBrace and explaining how the Service Department works. I really enjoyed working with Dale and highly recommend him - he's professional, knows his product and seems to genuinely enjoy his customers. As a first-time Mercedes buyer, I am sold on the service and professionalism at this dealership! More
