Great Refreshing Change from Other Dealershiips I came to this dealership to lease a car and wanted to compare whatever deal they gave me with others. This was the first dealership I visited and as I came to this dealership to lease a car and wanted to compare whatever deal they gave me with others. This was the first dealership I visited and as soon as I came in the door, it was very different from what I expected. No one was rushing or attacking you as soon as you walk in the door. The atmosphere was much more quiet, relaxed and pleasant. This might have been because I went during the work week, however, it was really nice to come in and not be attacked. The assistant referred us to Dale Cook and I'm glad she did. Dale was very pleasant from the get go. He sat down with me and my husband and asked us what we were looking for in the car. After a quick chat, he was able to pull up numbers for us right away. He didn't have to consult with anyone or ask us that infamous question "how much can you pay". He laid out the numbers and it seemed like a great deal. It was the easiest, quickest, and most pleasant trip to the dealership. Of course we couldn't take the deal right away. We wanted to go shop some more and Dale understood. He stated we would come back and boy was he right! We went to other dealerships and my dislike for dealerships was awoken again. The dealerships were so horrible and was pushing us to sign a deal that same night or else "the price might go up'. Personally, I didn't have time to compare the price that dealership was giving me compared to Dale but I just didn't like the environment at all. We left as soon as we could and never looked back. We came back to Dale and he was able to go through many lengths to find our car. I was very finicky with certain items, but he was patient the whole way through. He found our car and gave us an even better deal than the first time! Not only did he give us a good deal but he also gave us a loaner while we waited for car to come in. It was such a pleasure to deal with Dale and I will def. be coming back to him and referring others! More

Our sales representative was Dale Cook. He greeted us with a big smile and asked how can he be of help. We explained to him what we were looking for and what we could financially afford. He was extremely knowledgeable, patience and informative. Within minutes after he sat down at his computer and looked through his inventory of SUV's he said, “let’s take a look at these cars that I think will fit your needs”. We spent hours asking questions, getting in and out of cars, test driving cars and then we found the SUV we were looking for. We especially want to thank Dale for his honesty, his demeanor and his skill to be able to listen carefully to the customer and provide them with the many available options that might work for them personally.
