I brought my car in for express service. I had never been to this dealer before. When I arrived, I was told I had express service and did not have an advisor and to go inside. I went to the nearest person who wasn’t busy and he said that since an advisor wasn’t assigned, my car wasn’t touched. I was not happy. To their credit, they rushed me through and comped the service.
