I currently have a Mercedes Benz dealership literally down the street from where I live.and choose not to purchase from them. In my opinion Mercedes Benz of Richmond was the best place to purchase my veh down the street from where I live.and choose not to purchase from them. In my opinion Mercedes Benz of Richmond was the best place to purchase my vehicle. I am 50 miles away from this dealership but had a feeling they would be the best one for customer service,financing and delivery. Check them out! Ask for Matt Ward More

Set up an appointment and used the after hours drop. Worked great. Took it on for a recall and ended up getting a second recall fixed also.
