I found the Toyota Highlander I eventually bought on autotrader.com. this past Sunday. While I was looking at the ad, Rory reached out to me online and asked if he could help. I said sure, so he sent autotrader.com. this past Sunday. While I was looking at the ad, Rory reached out to me online and asked if he could help. I said sure, so he sent me the CarFax report, a brochure and some other info on the car. Told him I was interested, but that I lived 2 hours away in Northern Virginia and couldn’t be there until 5 pm on Monday. He checked with his manager and said they would hold the vehicle with no deposit until I got there on Monday night. When we arrived, I met Rory and found him to be warm yet professional and with a good sense of humor. He definitely established a good rapport with me. He had the car washed and ready to go and when we saw the 2013 blue Highlander, I knew we were going to buy it as the condition was exceptional. I asked him if we could take it to a mechanic, and he said no problem. The mechanic at Certified Auto Repair gave It a big thumbs up after looking it over and test driving it. We bought the car ten minutes later and couldn’t be happier with it. Hats off to Rory and Mercedes-Benz of Richmond for a job well done! More
