No one answered the phone I called the service department repeatedly 2 days in a row trying to get an appointment to have my car inspected and no one ever answered the phone. I called the service department repeatedly 2 days in a row trying to get an appointment to have my car inspected and no one ever answered the phone. Since we live relatively close by, we decided to drive to the dealership instead . Once there, we had no problem getting an appointment for the next day.
