The team at Mercedes of Richmond is simply fantastic! !! From the time I bought my vehicle with the amazing Cheryl Bowman to the service I have received these past 3 years, it has been nothing but Five S !! From the time I bought my vehicle with the amazing Cheryl Bowman to the service I have received these past 3 years, it has been nothing but Five Star service. I needed some last minute service before a long drive this week and once again the folks in the service team were outstanding. Summer ensured I was taken care of and would be able to leave as planned. Everything went smoothly as expected from this dealership right to the end with Tamara at the cashiers desk who is just delightful. The success of this dealership is this outstanding staff throughout. Thank you for the great price on my wonderful car and all your great service. I can only hope to find such service in my new city.
