Steve took very very good care of me! he not only earned my trust right away, he made me feel like I am a member of the MB family there at Mercado. I recently lost my husband to cancer he not only earned my trust right away, he made me feel like I am a member of the MB family there at Mercado. I recently lost my husband to cancer and have such a hard time catching up- but Steve and the service team really went above and beyond to make me feel caught up and ready to go. I drove into dealership about tire sounding like going flat but display not showing that a tire was losing air. Come to find out there was screw in tire & needed to be replaced. Still don’t know why displ flat but display not showing that a tire was losing air. Come to find out there was screw in tire & needed to be replaced. Still don’t know why display didn’t show low air so Dealership offered free alignment next visit so I could pick up same day. Good service so far. Hope it continues. More
