I used to be a car salesman and I know what it entails to give excellent customer service. I also hate to shop for a car because of the haggling that goes back and forth and how the emanagement never seems t give excellent customer service. But I was taken back by the quality of customer service I received when I met with my slaes person Alix Plaster. From the moment I walked in the door she could not have been more pleasant and professional. Alix made my car shopping experience a pleasure and I have never met anyone in the business that went above and beyond as much as Alix did. we were a victim of Sandy and loss 2 cars 1 of whih was a brand new C300 which was 3 weeks old. we called Alix and told her that we needed to replace the car we just lost and she cam eto my house to pick us up and bring us to the dealership. She also brought us to the house in Island Park that was destroyed so we couls pack up some belongings to bring to where we are now staying. Alix also picked me up when the car was ready and has done everything she could to give us the best price possible. Not only did she replace my girl friends car but also helped me find a car to replace the 1 that I lost. I also wanted to thank the sales manager for working with us and making our car buying experience very enjoyable. I will never go to another dealer ever again after the way Lakeview welcomed us into their family. Alix you are the best!!!!!!!!!!! More

Within 2 days, I had a new C300...and because I had no transportation, George came to my home to bring me to my new car.
