I have owned an Audi 2 Volkswagens 2 Toyota Camry's & a 2008 Mercedes C class,I've gotten the Mercedes from this dealership. It's a great feeling when you go to the dealership with your monthly payment goal and actually walk out with a cheaper payment. George Glier Jr was a genuinely nice person, not your "I'm going to sell you a car" friendly, but sincere and honest. From my past experiences going to a car dealership was a dreadful process. He went above and beyond to make me happy and it was greatly appreciated! If everyone could afford a Mercedes-Benz George would be that beacon that I would direct everybody to. oh yeah, one other thing I really appreciated is that he took his time with me and I did not feel rushed or push to purchase a vehicle. I really wanted to drive the car home on Saturday so I could have it for the long July 4th weekend. By 3:30pm on Saturday, my car was ready. The whole experience was so amazing!! I was in the market for a new car and had visited quite a few dealerships. I had not had a good experience in the past with Lakeview and was reluctant to return. I have worked with lots of sales folks and indeed it is part of my daily taskings. Tom Ahrens is a huge stand out who, was not only helpful in detailed knowledge of the product line, but intuitively knew how to treat and cater to customer background and knowledge.
