Double/Triple check your Vehicle Disclosures....... THIS JUST DOES NOT SIT WELL WITH ME AND IT SHOULD NOT SIT WELL WITH ANYONE BUYING A VEHICLE! In July of 2025, I purchased a used S63C Mercedes Benz 2023 for my Fiance from the Mercedes Benz Dealership in Sacramento. My Fiance, who is a 51 year old woman who does not "track drive" cars, drove this car a total of 2,500 miles over a 10 month period or 250 miles per month or 62 miles per week. Over the past 20 years, I have owned 7 Mercedes Benz vehicles. In short and after 10 months from the date of purchasing the vehicle, my front rotars were scarred/scored by a prior driver, who I was told by the dealership was an employee of theirs. As a result of these deteriorated rotars, I was forced to spend $4,000 for NEW front rotars after ONLY 10 months of owning the car with a full brake sign-off on the rotar conditions by the dealership prior to me purchasing (perfect testing #92 on the disclosure list). I made calls/provided diagnostic rotar reports from a 3rd party/emails over the past 6 weeks without any solutions from the Sacramento Mercedes Benz Dealership and/or Envision Motors (corporate). After they reviewed these phone calls/emails/3rd party reports it became readily apparent that Corporate and the Dealership chose collaboratively to deploy the "IGNORE HIM AND THE PROBLEM WILL JUST GO AWAY" strategy (very very surprising for Mercedes). THIS JUST DOES NOT SIT WELL WITH ME AND SHOULD NOT SIT WELL FOR ANYONE! More

I was advised by Naz & his manager that my down payment is being processed & contract was cancelled. No written verification was sent to me. However when I saw dealership had reposted car for sale on 6/17/2026 I assumed it was true. Naz kept trying to sell me another car & question my negative ratings for dealership even though they were helpful etc. ALL LIES! I started to receive "welcome " information from the loan company in my email over the weekend. I contacted Mercedes Benz corporate Consumer Relations on Monday 6/22/26 for assistance. The Representative contacted dealership in my behalf. I was then advised dealership had not returned my deposit & my contract had not been cancelled! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! HIGHLY UNETHICAL! Mercedes Benz should be happy they have Efrain because frankly, I am not satisfied with Mercedes-Benz anymore, but because of had an issue with you. I didn’t know that the dealership was sold to Envision Motors, some guys from Southern California, Zarabi and Saradienne. Avoid this place. Will be going to MB in Fairfield. I purchased a used vehicle with cash in December and four months later I have yet to receive the title, license plates, or registration. The temporary registration has now expired. Sales reps Aydin and Ahbid promised I would have the title within 10 days, but that turned out to be completely false. Since then, I have received no updates, no returned calls, and no emails—even after contacting the General Manager directly. There is zero accountability at this dealership. As a new father, I made it clear that I needed the vehicle for my wife and newborn’s medical appointments, but that hasn’t mattered to them one bit. I feel completely ignored and harassed by the lack of communication and basic professionalism. For a dealership with the prestige of Mercedes-Benz, this experience has been shameful and unacceptable. It’s appalling how they can operate like this, with no regard for their customers once payment is made. I'm now worried I may never receive the title. Please, DO NOT PAY A DIME until you physically receive the title in hand. This place cannot be trusted. More

From mishandled DMV registration and financing by the finance department to the lack of professionalism in the service department, this dealership has consistently failed to meet basic customer service expectations. The finance managers (Ajay, Avie, and Steven) have been completely unresponsive despite numerous phone calls and voicemails regarding financing issues. Similarly, Service Manager Efrain Vasquez has neglected to return calls or respond to inquiries. This level of disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. If you value your time and expect professionalism, I recommend avoiding this dealership and taking your business elsewhere. Mercedes-Benz deserves better representation. More
Poor Service from thier Auto Advisor and Director. They dont know how to file a claim to a repair that was under Tire Plus Program. Teams MB USA staff tried calling them to find out the issue and poor MB USA staff was put on hold for a while with no respond from that dealership. To me this dealership should not hold the name MB if they can't talk to customers or their higher Coperation. More
