I was informed by the service adviser that the price could be reduced to approximately. $2400.00 which included 13 hours of labor. Once I received the bill which included the 13 hrs. of labor. I was informed by the adviser it only required 8.5 hours of labor approximately. I picked up my car on 5/4/2022. On Sunday 5/7/2022 I noticed a puddle of fluid in my garage. I contacted the service adviser on Monday 5/9/2022. I was informed to bring the car back in for service. I returned the car on 5/9/2022. On Thursday when I went to pick my car up, I was informed by the service adviser, there was a hairline crack in one of the seals that was disturbed during the replacement of motor mounts. I was informed some part needed to be order. Approximately 13 miles after leaving MB of Sacramento on 5/12/2022 the CHECK INGINE light comes on. I returned the car on 5/14/2022. I received a call from service adviser on 5/16/2022 with an estimate of approximately $4267.00 to repair my car. I informed the service adviser, prior to me bringing my car in for motor mount replacement, there were no additional problems, so why are there problems now. I also express my concern of the competence and confidence in the service center. The service adviser presented me with an invoice of the necessary repairs needed. I refuted the service adviser, and service technicians' description of the new repairs. needed. One repair suggested was "Replace Cam Shaft Sensors" I informed adviser and technician I replaced all four cam shaft sensors less than a year ago. All purchased from MB of Sacamento. I have invoice to verify purchase. In closing, I will not be bringing my business to MB of Sacramento. I feel that I received appalling service, both customer and care. Again, my car was working fine with the exception of the vibration. I went in with a minor problem and came out with a major one. And........ on top of that, my credit card was billed for the Lyft ride that picked me up from home to go get my car. I`m going to dispute the charges, and I`m going to contest the service render. There was nothing mechanically wrong with my car before I took it there..
