Long wait to get a service appointment with loaner. Dealership only did the service due without addressing the issue we brought the car in for. Didn’t even wash the car before giving it back. Cecilia is the best service advisor around, I love this dealership they are very helpful and knowledgeable. The loaner vehicles are always cleaned and washed and when I get my vehicle back, it is cleaner t dealership they are very helpful and knowledgeable.
