The worst experience ever! Not satisfied how sales guys treated me. The new guy Raja did not thoroughly explained the features of the car. I had to involve the manager so it can be done, but I mean really? Not the kind of customer service I expected from a luxury brand. More

To be honest with you sale reps are superb. My sale person Roja is amazing, very experienced with the car and its functionality. I brought my car in for service in June 2020 and was disappointed in the overall service I received. We purchased our Mercedez from Von Housen in 2012. My husband and I told him we bought a tire contract as recommended by the Von Housen salesman who said the tires would be replaced as long as we own the vehicle. Jason informed me he would check on it and he never did. Very disappointing. My second disappointment has been when I arrive to pick up my car, Jason is has gone home and what you find is people standing around talking and nobody is around to answer my questions about my car. My bill was $1000 and not one person comes and asks, “do you have any questions?” I feel very disappointed! More
