The worst experience ever! Not satisfied how sales guys treated me. The new guy Raja did not thoroughly explained the features of the car. When there was an issue with the metal bumper in the back, he pass treated me. The new guy Raja did not thoroughly explained the features of the car. When there was an issue with the metal bumper in the back, he passed me back to Thomas. He said he will fix it, then the car was not just repainted and not the crack was not fixed. I had to involve the manager so it can be done, but I mean really? Not the kind of customer service I expected from a luxury brand. More

To be honest with you sale reps are superb. My sale person Roja is amazing, very experienced with the car and its functionality. The only reason i’m taking away one star is because my 2019 GLC300 4Mati person Roja is amazing, very experienced with the car and its functionality. The only reason i’m taking away one star is because my 2019 GLC300 4Matic lost its Power Steering Wheel on the 4th day after I bought it. I’m very disappointed in that regards.
