When I arrived at 4:30, the car was not ready, and then after sitting around for an hour outside and observing more unmasked employees, I was finally given a loaner car around 5:30. More

The worst experience ever! Not satisfied how sales guys treated me. The new guy Raja did not thoroughly explained the features of the car.
