Took 6.5 hours for a system update that has solved 0 of the actual issues. Communication lacked during process. I also had to ask multiple times for a price estimate and upon pick up my car has numerous li the actual issues. Communication lacked during process. I also had to ask multiple times for a price estimate and upon pick up my car has numerous lights on the dashboard and the service advisor was nowhere to be found. Luckily the light issue was nothing serious, but very unhappy that the technological issue is still occurring. More
